Lightyear
Lightyear’s mission is to provide clean mobility for everyone, everywhere. The company is founded by World Solar Challenge racing champions from the Eindhoven University of Technology and is backed by industry veterans. Lightyear develops long-range solar electric vehicles based on a holistic design philosophy with the goal to provide a substitute for fossil fuels and reach a “lightyear” of 100% sustainable transportation before 2035

Make Next Platform (MNP) has expressed its commitment to support brilliant, emerging OEMs (eOEMs) in becoming new growth engines. The MNP Founders know how hard it is to make complex hardware. By directly offering their network, expertise, experience, and competent help, they contribute to removing bottlenecks and providing solutions, and more importantly, to the ability to execute of these young companies.
